By using Freq Builder, you agree to these terms. The service is a creative planning and text-generation tool, not a music distributor, legal advisor, or guarantee of commercial results.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit and are responsible for having the rights to use it. You grant Freq Builder the limited permission needed to process, store, and return that content. Do not submit unlawful material or request impersonation, infringement, harassment, or deception.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other material, or unsuitable for release. Review and edit every result before using it. You are responsible for copyright, publicity, trademark, and platform-rule checks for your final work.

Plans and credits

Free credits are promotional, have no cash value, and may expire if the service changes. Creator renews monthly or annually at the price shown during Stripe Checkout until cancelled. Creator includes 100 AI credits refreshed monthly; unused credits do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe shows otherwise.

Availability

The beta service may change, pause, or lose data. We provide it as available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

Freq Builder is not affiliated with or endorsed by Suno or any named artist, label, or music platform. References are descriptive only.
