Your credit is automatically refunded when generation fails. Wait a minute before retrying if several requests were made quickly.

Project did not sync

Your draft remains on the current device when cloud saving fails. Free accounts can keep up to three cloud projects; original beta accounts retain their larger testing allowance.

Billing

Creator subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Open the plan screen and choose Manage billing to update payment details or cancel renewal. Creator access remains tied to the Freq Builder email used at checkout.

Account access

Use the private recovery key saved when the account was created to choose a new password. Existing beta users can complete a one-time account transfer without losing projects, credits, or billing history.

Privacy or account request

Keep a copy of the account email and project names involved when requesting help so the correct records can be located.
